Double Wide IPA pours a nice cloudy orange, amber color with a generous off-white foam. There's more than 6 different kinds of hops blended into this brew. This is readily apparent on the floral and piney nose. Specific notes are of caramel, pine cone, blood orange, lemon juice and pepper. Boulevard as a beer company usually leans towards approachable and balanced beers. Double Wide bends this rule about as far as it can go. Easy drinking it is not.
