Brewed by Dogfish Head Brewery in Milton, Delaware - Esquire Magazine calls Dogfish Head 90 Minute IPA, "perhaps the best IPA in America." Our customers at Cool Springs Wines & Spirits agree. It's been our best selling beer about 2 years running now (though Torpedo is giving it a run for its money now). A big beer with a great malt backbone that stands up to the extreme hopping rate. Hops it certainly has. After continuously adding hops in the brewing process for 90 minutes, this beer oozes the hoppy pine, citrus, and resinous flavors one expects from a high gravity IPA. The 9% alcohol is also surprisingly very well hidden. If you're a fan of hops, Dogfish Head 90 Minute should be your bread and butter.
