Ename Abbey Tripel
Brewed by Brouwerij Roman: One of Cool Springs' more underrated beers, the Ename Tripel is a wonderful introduction to Belgian brews. It pours a hazy, golden brown color with a fluffy white head. Aromas are of yeasty citrus, banana, celery, and spiced fruits. What makes this beer so user friendly is its creamy mouth-feel. The palate contains gentle yet supple flavors of white chocolate, macadamia nuts, cream cheese icing, and tropical fruit. It's similar to drinking a cupcake in a glass. While sweet, the sugar levels aren't overwhelming. Very yummy. Well worth a shot, especially if you're new to Belgians.
