La Fin Du Monde brewed by Unibroue in
Chambly, Canada - For those of you who didn't know that Canada made good beer, welcome to Unibroue. Unibroue is truly one of the finest breweries on planet Earth. The most popular of their beers here at Cool Springs is La Fin du Monde. Made in the Belgian style, this triple fermented offering pours a hazy, golden yellow with a foamy off-white head. Aromas are of banana, clove, wheat, and yeast. Flavors are amazingly well balanced. There seems to be just the right amount of malt, spices, fruit, and delciousness. It's pretty much unanimous that this is best non-Belgian tripel on the market. Salud!
