New Belgium Cocoa Mole

New Belgium has just released another addition to the Lips of Faith Series. Cocoa Mole is brewed with cocoa, ancho, guajillo, and chipotle peppers. Sounds hot right? It is HOT. To balance the heat New Belgium has added plenty of caramel and chocolate malts to bring out smooth, complex flavors. Cocoa Mole pours a dark brown with an off white head. Aromas of peppers, cinnamon, and chocolate tease the senses. Flavors are mostly the same with chipotle, fruit and caramel. This is one heck of a brew!
