Thank you Bo for featuring La Muse Verte Absinthe in your great store!
I had met James and other members of your staff last March and hope to meet you on my next trip to Nashville.
I hope you are also doing well with the Delord Armagnac line.
Happy New Year!

We do indeed carry the "Drink n Stick." Its a South Australian Blend of of Mataro and Shiraz. It retails for $23.99. It a fairly dark red but has smooth easy going fruit with just a touch of spice on the finish. Of course the biggest draw of the bottle is the fact that you can dress up the girl on the bottle with a variety of clothing options. There's nothing else quite like it.

Four New Reds From Portugal. Wow Wine Alert! I haven’t been this impressed by a line up of wines in quite some time. In fact, it took an Italian tasting of Oreno and Sassicaia to knock these off as my favorites of the year (high praise indeed). These wines are no joke and the prices are extraordinary. If you’re a Cab or Merlot drinker, you should seek these out immediately.

Monte Velho 2007 - If you liked the Alandra, then this bottle is right up your alley. Take the Alandra and add a little more fruit, tannin, and complexity. Smooth and easy. Perfect for a merlot drinker. $11.99

Caldas Douro 2006 - Deep red colour. More structured and brooding than the Monte Velho. Rich and very involving with deep, ripe cherry flavors. Big yet smooth. $12.99

Cabriz Reserva 2005 - The most elegant of the four wines in my opinion. If I were pressed to pick a favorite, this would probably be it. Why you ask. The roller coaster finish. Right when you think its over, it picks right back up again. Very interesting. $19.99

Esporao Reserva 2005 - Deep ruby in color with a nose complex fruits and vanilla. Rich with firm tannins yet surprisingly smooth (notice a trend here). All I can say is yummy. $21.99

Sierra Nevada Torpedo has arrived!!! Again.... OK for those of you who have been missing out, Torpedo is an Extra IPA of intense, hoppy goodness. Each of our first two allotments sold out in less than two days. This one should last a touch longer since we ordered 20 cases. It's the perfect warm weather beer with an even better price ($1.69 a bottle when you get a six pack). Intense hops is the name of the game here but the balance of malt and hop integration is what keeps you coming back. Big staff favorite!!!
