Winter Drink Recipes

French Martini

1 1/2 oz vodka
1/4 oz Chambord® raspberry liqueur
1/4 oz fresh pineapple juice
1 twist lemon peel

Hot Apple Pie
1.5 oz. Tuaca
Fill mug with apple cider
Top with whipped cream

Girl Scout Cookie
1 1/4 oz. Peppermint Schnapps
Fill mug with hot chocolate
Top with whipped cream.

 

Champagne & Berries Martini
2 oz. Raspberry Vodka
1/2 oz. Chambord Raspberry Liqueur
Splash of Sweet & Sour
Splash of Champagne
Chill, shake, & strain; garnish with raspberries

 

Hot Buttered Rum (serves 1)
2 sugar cubes
1.5 oz. Dark Rum
Boiling water
*Place sugar cubes into mug, add rum & boiling water, stir, dot the surface of drink with butter, stir gently.

 

Wine Punch (makes 10 servings)
1 bottle Red Wine
1 bottle White Wine
5 heaping tablespoons of sugar
1 orange, sliced
1 lemon, sliced
Juice of 1 lemon
Juice of 1 orange
4 cinnamon sticks
2 cloves
2/3 cups Dark Rum
*Heat the wines & sugar together, stirring constantly until sugar dissolves
Do not let mixture boil
Cut the slices of orange & lemon in half & add to wine with fruit juice, cinnamon, & cloves.
Heat punch until is right before boiling point. Stir in rum. Serve warm.

 

Mandarin Champagne Sorbet (Makes about 2 quarts)
1 cup Simple Syrup for Mandarin Champagne Sorbet
Mandarin orange segments, for garnish
3 tablespoons mandarine liqueur, such as Mandarine Napoleon
* In a large glass measuring cup, stir together champagne, simple syrup, 1 cup water, and liqueur. Refrigerate, covered, until chilled, about 1 hour.
* Pour mixture into an ice-cream maker and freeze according to manufacturer's instructions. Transfer sorbet to a large airtight container; place in freezer at least 2 hours before serving or up to overnight. Serve garnished with orange segments.
