Valentine's Day Cocktail Recipes
Chocolate Martini
- 2 oz vodka
- 1/2 oz chocolate liqueur
- 1/2 oz white creme de cacao
- Chocolate syrup to coat rim of martini glass
Coat rim of martini glass with chocolate syrup. Mix all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice and strain into a martini glass.
Amarula Chocolate Martini
- 2 oz Amarula Cream Liqueur
- 1 oz Vodka
- Splash of crème de cocoa
Chill a martini glass. Shake all ingredients with crushed ice, and strain into a chilled martini glass. If desired, swirl chocolate syrup in the martini glass. Garnish with chocolate shavings.
The Pink Passion Martini
- 3 oz Asti Spumante
- 3 oz sparkling pink lemonade
- 1 dash of sweet and sour
Shaken in a martini shaker and served in a martini glass. Garnish with a raspberry or pink edible rose petal.
Disaronno Mimosa
- 1/2 oz Disaronno Amaretto
- 1 oz Orange Juice
- Champagne
Shake Disaronno and orange juice well in a cocktail shaker. Strain into a chilled champagne flute and top with champagne.
Strawberry Kiss
- 1 oz Tequila Rose
- 1/2 oz Light Rum
- 1 oz Chocolate Liqueur
- 1 oz Heavy Cream
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake well. Strain in to a chilled cocktail glass, garnish with a fresh strawberry.
Elixir of Love
- 1 /2 oz White Rum
- 1 oz Disaronno Amaretto
- 1 oz Dark Crème de Cacao
- 1 oz Heavy Cream
Shake all the ingredients well in a cocktail shaker. Strain into a chilled glass filled with crushed ice. Garnish with chocolate shavings.
Flirtini
- 2 pieces fresh pineapple
- 1/2 oz Cointreau
- 1/2 oz Premium Vodka
- 1 oz Pineapple Juice
- 3 oz Champagne
Muddle the pineapple pieces and Cointreau in the bottom of a cocktail shaker. Add vodka and pineapple juice and shake. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and top with champagne. Garnish with a cherry, and serve.
