
Blue Hawaiian recipe
Ingredients
1 oz light rum
1 cherry
2 oz pineapple juice
1 oz Blue Curacao liqueur
1 oz cream of coconut
1 slice pineapple
Directions
1. Blend light rum, blue curacao, pineapple juice, and cream of coconut with one cup ice in an electric blender at high speed.
2. Pour contents into a highball glass.
3. Decorate with a slice of pineapple and a cherry.
French Martini
Ingredients
1 1/2 oz vodka
1/4 oz Chambord® raspberry liqueur
1/4 oz fresh pineapple juice
1 twist lemon peel
Directions
1. Pour each of the above into a tall bar glass. Shake with ice, pour into a cocktail or martini glass, and serve.
