Week of September 7 - September 11, 2010
Fill a 16oz. cocktail glass with ice. Add 1oz. each of vodka, gin, and rum. Fill with pink lemonade. Garnish with a lemon wedge.
Sex on the Beach
3/4 oz coconut rum
3/4 oz vodka
cherry for garnish
Fill a 12oz. cocktail glass with ice. Add 3/4oz. of vodka. Add 3/4oz. of coconut rum. Fill with equal parts cranberry and pineapple juices. Garnish with a cherry.

Spanish Demon Rioja Sangria
2 bottles Spanish Demon Rioja
1 E&J brandy
1/2 cup Dekuyper triple sec
1 cup orange juice
1 cup pomegranate juice
1/2 cup simple syrup, or more to taste (equal parts sugar and water, heated until sugar dissolves, cooled)
Mix all ingredients together and let stand in a tightly sealed container or pitcher for at least 24 hours in the refrigerator before serving.
