Honey Mojito
Ingredients
1 1/2 oz light rum
4 or 5 mint leaves
Jjuice of 1 lime
4 oz of club soda
1 oz honey simple syrup*
Garnish: lime wheel
Directions
1. Muddle mint leaves with honey simple syrup in a mixing glass.
2. Squeeze lime juice and add rum to shake with ice.
3. Top with club soda and garnish with lime wheel.
*To make honey simple syrup, mix 4 parts honey to 1 part hot water.
Creole Cosmo
Ingredients
4 oz Clement Premiere Canne White Rum
1 oz Clement Creole Shrubb
1/2 oz Fresh lime juice
1/2 oz Cranberry juice
Lemon zest garnish
Directions
1. Mix all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice and strain into a chilled martini glass.
2. Garnish with lime or lemon zest.
