Absolut Ruby Collins Cocktail Recipe
Ingredients
1 Part Absolut Ruby Red
1 Splash Lime Juice
Soda Water
3 Wedges Blood Orange / Red Grapefruit
Directions
1. Muddle blood orange / red grapefruit in a highball glass.
2. Fill with crushed ice.
3. Add Absolut Ruby red and lime juice. Stir.
4. Fill with crushed ice. Topup with soda water.
Americano Cocktail
Ingredients
1 Part Campari
1 Part Vermouth, Sweet
Soda Water
1 Twist Lemon
1 Twist Orange
Directions
1. Fill a chilled rocks glass with ice cubes.
2. Add campari and vermouth, sweet. Topup with soda water.
3. Garnish with lemon and orange.
