Drink Recipes
Wine Punch (makes 10 servings)
1 bottle Red Wine
1 bottle White Wine
5 heaping tablespoons of sugar
1 orange, sliced
1 lemon, sliced
Juice of 1 lemon
Juice of 1 orange
4 cinnamon sticks
2 cloves
2/3 cups Dark Rum
*Heat the wines & sugar together, stirring constantly until sugar dissolves
Do not let mixture boil
Cut the slices of orange & lemon in half & add to wine with fruit juice, cinnamon, & cloves.
Heat punch until is right before boiling point. Stir in rum. Serve warm.
