Join us as we explore the delicious bourbons from Jefferson's, and learn the story of bourbons aged at sea.
Our journey will be led by Robert J. Ferrara, a Miami based whiskey ambassador who has honed his skills at South Florida's best restaurants and cocktail bars.
Jefferson's bottles several different varieties of bourbon and rye - and are always experimenting with new blends and processes that challenge the conventional thinking of what bourbon and rye can be.

Please note that seating for our in-person seminars is very limited, and strictly advance reservations are required.
We are honoring all Williamson County COVID-19 requirements, and masks are required for entry. Once seated at your table, masks may be removed unless you leave you table to visit the restroom or other areas of the restaurant space.
We are also not providing food, guests are encouraged to bring their own.
Spirits will be pre-poured in labeled carafes, so interaction with our staff will be minimal.
Because of our very limited capacities, guests are only allowed to register for one seminar per month. We want to allow as many customers as possible to join us once again for seminars. We appreciate your cooperation.
For those unable to join us in person, we will be recording seminars and will distribute Zoom links for you to enjoy at home.
