This 3-4 year old bourbon is earthy, with a hint of sweetness at the front of the palate, a nice mid-palate expression of vanilla with a whisper of cinnamon and a long, smooth finish! We blend this bourbon in small batches of 8-10 barrels & triple filter, we take the bourbon down to the desired proof and then finish it with American oak barrel staves for 3-4 weeks!
