The brew is inspired by English breweries of the late 1700s that created a beer with higher gravity and an abundance of hops to act as a natural preservative and withstand the rigors of shipment to India. Blackstone's interpretation is an American West Coast IPA style brew. Adam Bomb boasts Centennial, Cascade, Chinook and Zythos hops, and it finishes with a bright hop and unique sweetness.
